- Tool questions — if a number from the Coincidence Probability Calculator, the Oddity Probability Calculator, or any of the other tools looks off, tell us the inputs you used and what you expected to see.
- Bugs— include your browser, your device, and what you were doing when it broke.
- Anything else— general feedback, partnership questions, or a strange story you think we should chase.

We read everything, but this is a small independent operation rather than a company with a support team, so replies can take a while and we can’t promise one for every message. Before writing in with a general question, it’s worth checking whether the blog or learn section already covers it.
